eyeview is a Web-based viewing , annotation and collaboration tool from Eye2Eye E-Services Pvt. Limited. At the core, eyeview is
viewer that supports a number of file formats natively. A host of documents in a multitude of formats (over 200)
including raster and scanned images, Office documents, CAD models, and many other file formats can be viewed in
a given instance of the viewer and can be annotated with the help of the available toolkit of text-based and graphical
annotations and markups. Annotations are saved in corollary files with date and timestamp and remain associated
with the base document so that they can be easily retrieved later. This viewer supports a real-time meeting scenario
when a number of users can virtually meet in web-meetings to share and collaborate on the same set of documents.
These eyeview meetings are document-centric meeting sessions wherein users from different remote locations can
participate in various decision making processes. It simplifies review procedures and streamlines communication
between various organizational units of de-centralized and dispersed organizations.
The eyeview application remains seamlessly integrated with the eye2eye collaboration portal. Existing users of the
eye2eye collaboration portal can login to the eye2eye meeting interface and select and schedule an eyeview viewing
session through the eye2eye meeting scheduler.
